Salted Wheat (9 IN 1.5 LB)
I love the salted crust. It adds so much flavor to the already delicious challah. Created and crafted by myself while staging with one of Utah's renowned bakers, Ron Crafts. He helped me to take my personal recipe and elevate it with finer ingredients. Giving it better flavor and shelf life. This bread is close to my heart. I hope you enjoy it too
Ingredients: whole spring wheat flour, bread flour, brown sugar, eggs. Sour cream, butter, bit o honey, salt and yeast.
